The Perfect Day Exercise

Knowing what you want is critical to your success with women. In this post you will learn how you can draw her into the vision of the world you are building for yourself.

What does your ideal life look like?

Seriously. Do you want to start your own business? What kind of business? Or do you want to travel around and see the world for a while? There is no right or wrong answer. You just have to choose something that would make you happy and then take action.

You might ask what that has to do with finding an exceptional girlfriend. It has everything to do with it!

  • How can you speak and act with confidence if you don’t know what you want?
  • How are you supposed to be able to talk about your dreams and aspirations if you don’t know what they are?
  • How can you expect someone to join your vision of life if you have no idea what you want for yourself?

Let’s say you want to build a startup. Would you expect your employees to dedicate their time and energy to your company without you being able to tell them exactly what the idea for the startup is? Probably not. The same holds true for your personal life. No woman with standards is going to become a permanent part of your world if you can’t get her excited about living in this world.

The funny thing is that it’s not critical to already live the life of your dreams to attract women with it. Aspiring and working hard to make your ideal life a reality is just as attractive. That’s why many artists are extremely successful with women even though they are broke and have nothing more than their vision of an exciting life to give to a woman.

Imagining what our perfect life should look like can be challenging because there are so many possibilities. That’s why it’s best if we start out with describing one perfect day and expand into a longer time frame from there.

The exercise

  • Write out your perfect day in a maximum of 5 years from now.
  • Begin with waking up and end with falling asleep.
  • You have no limitations.
  • Write your perfect day in the present tense as if you were already living it.
  • Don’t concentrate on describing material possessions.
Rather describe how doing this or having that would make you feel. Strong feelings are what will make you excited about your vision which is what will allow you to talk about it with passion.
An example: You say you want a lot of money. Why? It’s certainly not the paper that excites you. Maybe you want money so you can travel the world. Or maybe the money gives you a feeling of security. Some guys even want the money just so they can give back. I think you get it.

Just focus on the “why” instead of the “what” and you will be fine.

Here are a couple of questions you can ask yourself that could be helpful:

  • With whom would you spend your day?
  • Would you work?
  • Where would you live?
  • What would the weather be like?
  • How much money would you have?

Everyone is different and therefore what gets you excited could be different from what excites me. I am more a visual type. So to get even more motivated I upgraded my perfect day by adding inspiring images.

Below is one example how such a finished perfect day could look like.

If you want to take this exercise a step further, review it regularly. I always liked reading through my perfect day in the morning along with some music.
